After Aesthetic Treatment, How Do You Know What Went Into Your Skin?
At PIND Dermatology Clinic, a record card is handed to the patient after every procedure, stating the product used that day, its lot number, expiry date, and the number of shots delivered. Ultrasound lifting, radiofrequency, and Re2O treatments all come with a manufacturer authentication code that can be scanned to verify the source. We believe letting patients know what went into their skin is a basic responsibility of medical care.

Many patients pause the first time they receive one, saying they did not know this existed. For us, this is not an extra courtesy — it is a basic responsibility of medical care. A patient has paid and entrusted us with their face; at the very least, they should know what actually went into their skin.
What is written on the record card?
The card records the product name, lot number, expiry date, and number of shots used in that day's procedure.
- Product name
- Lot number
- Expiry date
- Number of shots
How do you confirm whether the product used is from the original manufacturer?
Ultrasound lifting, radiofrequency, and Re2O treatments all carry a manufacturer authentication code, and scanning it shows the source.
To medical staff familiar with the process, these things are so taken for granted that it does not seem worth mentioning. But we later found that not every clinic provides them on its own initiative. So we now place the card directly in the patient's hands and explain: this is today's record — take it with you, and wherever you go for follow-up care in the future, the doctor will know what has been done.
Trust in the aesthetic medicine industry is not built through interior design; it accumulates little by little through small things like this.
